Exchanges and Returns Policy

We hope you the customer love every Double Cobra Milling product you buy 100% of the time. Maybe even 110% of the time! But we get it-you may have ordered the wrong size or your body got all weird suddenly. It could be you realized you just don’t like cobras or sawmills that much. If you must return an item, we understand. Please ensure that it is new, unwashed and includes all the of the original packaging. Please return within 30 days of purchase. If your return is outside of 30 days, you will receive store credit. Thank you! Oh yeah, this page is really redundant. Enjoy! 

To Be Eligible

  1. Item must be in new condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags and any product packaging included.

  2. You must include proof of purchase. (receipt or highlighted bank statement)

  3. Include your contact information including address and email.

  4. If there is a defect please contact us before using the product and we will send you a return label for domestic orders and replace the item immediately.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Products with obvious signs of use.

  2. Items not in original condition.

  3. Any item with a return postmark after 30 days of delivery date. 

  4. We cannot accept returns on sale items.

  5. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

  1. You must contact us before sending an item back. Please email us with the reason for your return/exchange: info@doublecobramilling.com

  2. Make sure your item is eligible.

  3. Ship the item back with its product packaging and tags included in the original box it was shipped in. If it was shipped in a padded envelope please return it in something to provide equal protection. We will not accept damaged products. 

  4. Include proof of purchase and contact information. 

  5. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

  6. Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. 

  7. If we do not approve the returned item it will be shipped back to sender. 

Disclaimer

Please allow 3 business days for your return/exchange to be processed after it has arrived to our facility. If you wish to receive store credit we will issue you a gift card of the amount of your purchase. Shipping fees will not be credited. 

We refuse the right to accept items that have been washed, worn, used, altered, damaged or shipped after 30 days from the original delivery. 

Double Cobra Milling will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
